Women's Basketball Falls To #4 Azusa Pacific

AZUSA, Calif. -- Leilia Orji came off the bench to score a team-high 11 points, but the Cal Poly Pomona women's basketball team dropped a 63-45 decision to host and No. 4 Azusa Pacific on Saturday at the Felix Event Center in Azusa.

The Broncos fall to 3-2 this season while the Cougars rise to 2-0.

Cal Poly Pomona won't return to action until Thursday, Nov. 21 when it hosts Cal State San Bernardino for the CCAA opener at Kellogg Arena.  Start time is set for 5:30 pm.
