CHICO, Calif. – The Cal Poly Pomona Broncos traveled to take on the No. 16 Chico State Wildcats. Both teams were unable to score, and the game ended in a tie, 0-0.
The Broncos put the offensive pressure on the Wildcats as they took 14 shots against Chico States nine shots on the game. Goalkeeper
Audrey Brown collected four saves on the game.
Forward
Tara Oper tallied five shots and had two shots on goal. Midfielder
Marisa Salazar took two shots both of which were shots on goal. Midfielder
Nicolle Villarreal also had two shots and two shots on goal. Forward
Allyssa Larkin also collected two shots on the game.
CPP's next match is Sunday, October 2
nd against Cal Poly Humboldt in Arcata with kickoff set for 2:00 pm.
