TURLOCK, Calif. – Cal Poly Pomona volleyball earned a gritty four-set victory over Stanislaus State on Friday night at Fitzpatrick Arena, overcoming an opening-set loss to secure a 23-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-23 win in CCAA action. The Broncos improved to 15-4 overall and a perfect 13-0 in conference play, while the Warriors fell to 10-10 and 8-5 in league competition.

Junior
Charlotte Koerber helped power the Cal Poly Pomona attack, recording 19 kills on an efficient .356 hitting percentage while adding 11 digs, marking her eighth double-double of the season.
Anastacia Garza provided a crucial spark from the middle with a season-high 13 kills and a .458 hitting mark, while
Elle Walker added a career-high 21 kills to cap a dynamic offensive trio. Freshman setter
Kacie Caoili added 45 assists, spreading the ball effectively as the Broncos hit .267 as a team. Defensively, three Broncos reached double-digit digs in
Kaden Young (12), Renne Nachtigall (11), and Koerber (11).

After dropping a tightly contested first set, 25-23, the Broncos regrouped behind Koerber and Garza, whose quick attacks and net presence led an 8-1 run midway through the second set to take control. CPP carried that momentum into the third, where Walker's seven kills helped the Broncos fend off several late rallies by the Warriors.

The fourth set featured seven tie scores and two lead changes, but key defensive plays from Young and timely kills from Koerber sealed the win. A decisive swing by Walker closed the match, marking the Broncos' 13
th straight win.
