Senior midfielder Cindy Paez helped the Cal Poly Pomona women's soccer team get a point Sunday as the Broncos played to a 1-1 draw against Cal State San Bernardino. Paez converted on a penalty kick opportunity late in the first half to give the Broncos a 1-0 advantage. It marked the first goal of 2012 for Paez and No. 3 of her career as a Bronco.
