POMONA, Calif. - The undefeated Cal Poly Pomona men's soccer team, ranked at No. 22 in the latest national poll, heads into the conference opener Friday at 7 p.m. with a pair of record-breaking streaks.
The Broncos will host Cal State San Bernardino at Kellogg Field Friday as part of "Pack the Stands" night. CPP students wearing a gold t-shirt and sitting in the student section are eligible to win prizes, including sunglasses and Golden Spoon.
After defeating Point Loma 1-0 Tuesday, CPP finds itself once again adding two new records to the books. The win improved the Broncos to a program-best start of 5-0-1. Along with that, they increased their consecutive-shutout number to six games - also a school record.

Fernando Pablo Quevedo tallied up two more saves, bringing his 2014 save total to 23.

Cal State San Bernardino holds a flawless 4-0 record to date and an all-time 24-17-10 tally over the Broncos. After Friday's game, CPP turns its attention to an 11:30 a.m. Sunday road matchup at UC San Diego. The Tritons currently hold a 5-2 record.
