Mitchell Sagely starred in the long jump on Saturday at the Cal Poly SLO Invitational, taking first place with a season-best mark of 23-2.5. In that event, he topped Division I competitors from Cal Poly SLO and Cal State Bakersfield. Sagely also improved his 2015 best in the high jump Saturday, placing third at a 6-5.
