Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

The Broncos drew two tough matches this week, being paired up with both No. 14 Cal State Dominguez Hills and No. 25 Cal State LA. The Broncos tied the Toros in the Friday evening contest with a final score of 2-2. Eshel Chardon earned his first goal of the season as he sent a long free kick into the back of the visiting Toros' net. His goal came in the game's fourth minute and with the Green and Gold down a man. 

The Israeli also provided the Broncos with an assist on the lone goal in the game on Sunday. CPP topped the nationally-ranked Golden Eagles in the competition 1-0. Chardon provided Patricio Yrizar with a pass that allowed the fellow teammate an opportunity to score. The assist was Chardon's second of the season.
